Katherine Autin is an entrepreneur, advocate, author, and educator based in Louisville, Kentucky. For over 21 years, she served as a caregiver for her husband through his Parkinson’s journey, an experience that continues to shape her work supporting caregivers and patients today.

Known as the “pivot queen,” Katherine has spent decades building businesses and guiding others through life’s unexpected transitions. She continues to advocate for caregivers and patients while also empowering women and girls through her work with the United Nations Association of the United States of America, where she serves as a Delegate to the Commission on the Status of Women and Chair of the Kentucky Division’s first Women’s Committee.
